“ Great local haunt. Fish was freshly caught ( by the owner’s brother apparently) and the lobster taken from the tank! An excellent though fairly limited menu, fabulous portion sizes and very friendly and efficient service. Not fancy in appearance but don’t judge a book by its cover. ”
“ A small, homey bar & restaurant on the extreme northern end of the main strip and seemingly well off the tourist radar. Except for a handful of bar patrons, the place was nearly empty both nights I dined there. The waitress was a delightful gal who didn't speak a word of English but bridged the language barrier with grace and good humour. And the food was awesome! Had the smoked salmon fettuccine which was served in a bowl the size of a pie plate. Nicely seasoned with a rich and creamy cheese sauce, and enough to satisfy two average diners. The next day it was poutine and onion rings, again done to perfection, almost too much to eat in spite of the fact that both were small orders. Not a place to go if you're a snotty, upscale dining snob (you know who you are). The exterior and decor are a little tired and you can easily overlook it while driving by. It's more like one of those hidden gems the locals keep to themselves while the tourists jam-pack the trendy, gastly expensive places just down the road. Prices are good for a tourist town, the portions are huge and seem like home cooking, and the staff are amiable and attentive. I highly recommend. ”
“ We had planned to go to another restaurant and found this one. Waitress was attentive and friendly, tolerated our elementary French. The food was delicious, scallops, cod cakes perfect. Salad fresh. ”
“ Came in for dinner .. had the seafood pasta ... Good quantity ... Wonderfully amount of seafood ”
“ Wow what an experience! Michel and his co-workers made our visit to Perce unforgettable. We were a group of 22 and it was not that easy to find a place for us to eat all together. Michel helped us with the pick-up first night and invited us over for the 2nd night. Food was amazing (especially - lobster and fetuccini with shrimps), atmosphere is very friendly, hospitality and sense of respect are beyond the standards! I would put 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended place for a supper in Perce! Call and pre-reserve or just show up ”
“ We found it through the reviews on Google maps and weren’t sure what to expect. However Bistro Les Sac A Vin did not disappoint. The lobster and scallops in maple walnut sauce were phenomenal. A bit more limited selection, however all menu items were of high quality, fresh, and the dessert was homemade. The waitress and bartender provided great service and conversation. If returning to this area, I would definitely come again. ”
“ Located outside of town crowd, very nice and extremely kind staff, portions are very big, simple and delicious, for both adults and kids, kids portions were adjusted to our needs, highly recommended!!! ”
“ For the dishes, I would definitely give 5 stars, the dishes are unexpectedly good in such small local place like this one. The only concern is, we better learn good French before going. The staffs are very friendly and encourage us to use Google translate instead, but I feel like to speak a bit more French will do respect to their service. ”
